From 2004 through 2011 I presented the 1:6 scale patterns and fashions I made through using a cybername and a blog with a companion website. I am now confident enough of my skill in the art of fine hand sewing and pattern drafting in 1:6 scale that I am now showing these creations under my real name.
I work with quality, not quantity, in mind. Every detail is done by hand with no fusibles or craft glue. While my output is slow, I take great satisfaction in the lovely fit and way in which each ensemble reflects the thought and research that went into its creation.
This blog is called The Enchanted Dress Shop because it is my hope that while you are visiting here for a little while you will experience a place of loveliness and enjoyment.
